I'm at my last project for the semester...this is supposed to be my "perfession" shoot...which makes me feel so important and so stressed out at the same time!! I have on my to-do list "call cops and school", and my last walmart reciept lists air soft gun, spray paint, hosery, and handcuffs...the little walmart guy said he wouldn't ask...I want to frame that one, haha!
Today was interesting....I had ten min to get dressed this morning...rushed the hour and 30min drive to Denton...almost got pelted with hail stones...all over a lens cap.... Okay, so it was part of the rented camera my film partner was to take back this morning, but still--a lens cap!!! I almost died on several occasions trying to get that stupid thing there before the band Joel from the lab!! Wouldn't that be great: Girl, tightly clutching a lens cap and umbrella, dies in a hail storm, having be been struck by lighting when she tried to walk between a tellephone pole and a metal fence on her way to UNT...
Patient just because I probably have about 9 hours of class time and 11 hours of sitting and or driving between each class...which is okay I suppose..it gives me a chance to right little notes to the world as I am doing now..and an hour and a half car ride (one-way) is really good meditation time! Really...
Today we are learning lighting for film. Which every one says is the most important part to the picture of the film, yet they will only give me "crash courses on"....okay, so maybe while I drive I should be practicing lighting while I write my script (which I have done before...very dangerous!)
...the two jobs and full time college position is starting to catch up with me. I just got over my last fever-sickness and I'm starting to feel warm again. And yesturday, for no reason I can think of, I picked up my water bottle and poored it into my hand... I'm still trying to figure that one out. Now I'm looking in our filing cabnit with a blank stare, wondering why I opened it. *sigh* maybe it will all be woth it on the 15th when I get my first real pay check from my new job... I wonder how I'm doing in class...
Well... I thought this might be a fun way to just vent my thoughts....if I ever get any...
